Today we celebrated your first Resurrection Sunday. You got an Easter basket with a new lunchbox (for breastmilk transport), new pacifiers and sunglasses in it. You seemed pleased. But, you seem pleased with most things. What a lovely happy little baby you are. Yesterday you went shopping with Aunt Cathy and I and you just smiled and laughed at everyone who passed by.
You, my dear friend, are becoming a great sleeper. You wake to nurse and go right back to sleep. At less than three months old, I just can't believe it. You also are really good at putting yourself to sleep. You fuss a little before you fall asleep (whether you are on your own or in our arms) and it seems like you just have to get that last little bit of energy out. You also like white noise on when you sleep. We left your sleep sheep in Lexington when visiting Uncle Chris and Aunt Megan so we're hoping to get that back soon.
We had your pictures taken this weekend and you cheesed it up for the camera. We got one good picture of your sister and you but she wasn't feeling very into having her picture made yesterday. I have a feeling we'll have a lot of family photos in the future with at least one kid who doesn't want to engage. Oh well, such is our crazy, wonderful life.
