Today your dad and I had your "big" ultrasound. You were just flipping and moving and wouldn't stay still the whole time. We had to keep closing our eyes so that you wouldn't show us your gender. It got kind of funny, actually. They gave us the 3D ultrasound pictures but I wish they had given us the regular pictures. I much prefer them. You are measuring a few days ahead of schedule and growing super healthily. There are no clots in the umbilical cord or placenta and your fluid looks great. Couldn't be more perfect, in my opinion!!
We also told the nurse practitioner at the perinatologist's office that we would be using them for consult and going to the midwives for your birth. They seemed a little bummed but since our perinatologist can hardly ever remember Mommy's name, I'm not that upset.
